Ash Dreams

Life took me right where I had to be. I was blessed to spend an entire night with two friends I now love, and dig into my subconsciousness. The three of us took an spiritual trip into ourselves, we were able to dig deep, to cry, laugh, yell, and dance to our emotions. We made a bonfire and saw how the fire danced, the wood burned, the ashes moved, and for a moment it seemed like the fire had its own soul. For a night, nature took over and showed us its magic.

We drew, drew until our hands hurt, and our bodies were covered in wood and ash. We drew using the ashes from the wood the soul of the fire had burned. We killed our fears with every trace, we killed our unhealthy relationships, we danced on top of our sadness, we laughed at our insecurities, we came out stronger.

Personally I finally got it. I got that we do not own anything, we were granted the magic of this earth, it let us live, but we do not let it live. We do not own our water, food, clothes, homes, we borrowed it from the magic of earth, but we insist on being better than the person next to us, we insist on buying more, we insist on destroying the one gift that matters in this life.
